Application Forms are to be filled out completely and returned to the Registrar’s Office along with a passport size photograph and transcripts and certificates from all previous schools and colleges attended. Bring the completed application to the seminary or email the electronic copy to info@ugandabaptistseminary.org.
WHAT NEXT?
- Applicants who have downloaded and posted the application form or completed and submitted it by email will be notified by email if they have been successful with their initial application.
- All needed information must be in the Registrar’s office at least two months before the time of enrollment.
- Successful applicants will be called by an interviewer to verify their information and to collect more information.
- Successful applicants will also receive notification of when they are due to arrive at UBS and of the preparations they must make to attend.
- Successful applicants must make the proper preparations and be sure to arrive before classes begin.
- Terms are to be completed in order. Students who skip terms will be sent home without their travel expenses being met.
- Students who arrive late for classes will be sent home without their travel expenses being met.
- Students who arrive for classes without the required funds will be sent home without their travel expenses being met.
- All successful applicants will be invited to attend UBS on a two-term probationary basis and must establish in those two terms their worthiness to continue with their studies.
